W.J. Llope, Ph.D.

I was qualified as an Expert Witness in the subject of Physics by Judge
T. Heartfield in U.S. District Court, Beaumont, TX, on April 1, 1996 in
the matter of the United States vs. The Quadro Corporation.

I have since testified or provided expert review on the subject of
Physics for other proceedings. References are available upon request.
I hold degrees in Physics (B.A., M.A., and Ph.D.) and Numerical Analysis
Mathematics (B.A.). My educational background includes Classical Mechanics,
Classical Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Mechanics,
Thermodynamics, and Subatomic Physics. I regularly present talks and
chair sessions at scholarly conferences world-wide. I am presently
performing research on the field of Nuclear and Particle Physics,
specifically Relativistic Heavy-Ion Physics.
